Papaya subji

As we know the papaya is very good for health In jaundice Dr advice it to eat in any form. subji of green papaya has nutritious value.
papaya-1/2 kg
onion 3 cut into lenth wise
tomatoes 2
coriander powder=1tsp
red chili powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala--1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste
cut papaya into square pieces and boil in pressure cooker for one whistle
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till transulate add tomatoes and fry til oil comes out add ll the masalas and fry.Add boiled papaya and cover it. satire in between. when done add garam masala.
Garnish with green dhania
Eat with chapati or pratha

Shai Paneer

paneer250 gm
tomato puree-3tomatoes
ginger garlic paste-2tsp
kasuri methi-1tsp
curd 2tbsp
paneer crushed-2tbsp
coriander powder-1tbsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2tsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan add onion  and fry after 5 minutes add ginger garlic paste and capsicum.
When onion become light brown add tomato puree. fry till oil comes out.
Now add all masalas except gram  masala.
Add kasuri methi and fry
Add curd and crushed. paneer fry for 2-3 minutes.Add paneer and 2cups water ad cover it.stire in between
when i see in sides it means it is ready. add garam masala
Garnish with green dhania
eat with chapati nan or puri

Papad Samosa

Today is the last day of the blogging Marathon

This recipe i saw on internet when i searching for starter dishes for the event. it is easy and no time taking taste is good !!
potatoes-250 gm boiled and mashed
cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
coriander seeds and powder-1/2 tsp
red chili powder-1/4 tsp
green chili-2
coriander leaves-
dry mango powder1/2 tsp
gram masala-1/4 tsp
salt to taste
heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds  coriander seeds when splutter add all the masalas and fry for 1 minute

then add potatoes and coriander leaves mix well and keep aside for cool.

Now take papad and wet in water and keep aside. (do not leave papad more than one minute in water.) after 2 minutes papad become soft

 cut into halfs. make a samosa shape and fill with potato mixture and seal it with maida water.

Heat oil in kadie an deep fry samsa on slow fire it will not take much time to fry.drain and put on napkin so it absorb the oil.Its taste is superb and can be make in rolls.
Variation---it can be microwave with brushing oil on it if u do not want to fry.
Hot crispy  samosa is ready Eat with green chutney or sauce!!!!!

In winter i think nobody is scared with gobhi pakora many times we make it and it is really good snack or starter.

Gobhi florets-10-15
basin-11/2 cup
coriander powder-1tsp
thyme-1/4 tsp
amchoor powder (dry mango powder) 1/4 tsp
red chili powder1/2tsp
green chili-2curshed
coriander leaves
gram masala 1/4 tsp
salt to tase
oil for fry

Mix all he ingredients in a bowl and make a smooth paste using water
In the mean time microwave 5 minutes gobhi with water. drain the water and keep aside so that water Will dry.
Heat oil in a kdaie when hot dip the gobhi in bsean and fry on medium fire bec it will take tme. fry till gobhi  3/.4done. now press the pieces and and again fry doing this pakora will be more crispy.
Eat with green chutney&tomato sauce!!!!!!!!

This the 5th day of Sirivalli's BLOGGING MARTHON

4 cups spinach leaves
 4 tablespoons wheat flour...
4 cups spinach leaves
4 tablespoons wheat flour
2 tablespoons  bengal gram flour (besan)
2 tablespoons semolina (rava)
2 teaspoons  each of chopped ginger and garlic
4 green chilli chopped fine
1 teaspoons  cumin seeds
½ teaspoons  each of turmeric powder and soda bi-carb
2 tablespoons - chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoons  lemon juice
1 tablespoons fresh cream
2 tablespoos ) oil
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water.
Divide the dough into portions and make a thin long roll with each portion.  here i put the batter intoidily mould and steamed it is easy and simple method to steam.
Steam for about 20 minutes. Cool and cut into slices.

Variation: If you wish to have crisp spinach dumplings, deep fry the slices to a golden brown color.
Eat with greenhutney or tomato sauce

This dish is not new and try by most of the bloggers.I choose starter and i try here gobhi Manchurian with little different ingredients or u can say in desi style.

gobhi floerts-15-20
all purpose flour-1/2 cup
corn flour-2tbsp
basean-1/2 cup
ginger-garlic paste-4tbsp
green chlli-4
garam masala 1/2 tsp
spring onion-1bunch
soya sauce-2tbsp
corn starch for Garvey-2tbsp
tomatoes puree-5tbsp\
coriander leaves
oil for fry

Mix ginger garlic paste all the flours,1tbsp soya sauce ,salt,green chili paste and salt.Add water and make a smooth paste.Heat oil in a pan fry the gobhi florets.Keep aside.
Heat 2tbsp in a pan and saute ginger garlic and green chili paste for 2 minutes.Add spring onion and fry till transparent..Add tomato puree and fry for another 3-4 minutes.Add one cup of water with corn starch.
Add salt soya sauce,and gram masala when garvey thicken add gobhi pieces mix well.cover it and cook for 5 minutes on slow fire. switch off the flame and keep it as it is.When all water absorb it is ready to eat

garnish with coriander leaves
serve hot with sauce or green chutney

This is 2nd day of Srivalli's blogging marthon

This dish is healthy and easy to cook very less time taking ,It is best eat as a starter.
methi chutney-2tbsp
sprouted moong dal-1cup
black eye beans 1/.4 cup
onion-1finely chopped
paneer3tbsp in small pieces
potato2 oiled &chopped
cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste

steamed dal and beans and peas for two minutes.Mix onion potatoes tomato green chili salt and coriander leaves.

heat oil add zira(cumin seeds)cook till splutter add hing and remove from fire.Mix this oil to sprouted mixture.
To serve first put the mixture of dal in sering bowl .then pour the dahi on it.after that pour chutney on the
 top .

Sprinkle sev at the time of serving
Garnish with coriander leaves

After the sambhar now it is turn of chutney which goes with dosa here is simple and easy to make.
Coconut fresh-1./2
green chili-2-3
ginger-1small piece
fry chna dal-3tbsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste

mustered seeds-1/2 tsp
curry patta
pinch of red chili
Grind all the ingredients Add salt and curd to it make smooth paste.
heat oil in a pan add mus tared seeds and curry patta.When crackled takeoff from fire add red chili
Add to chutney
Use with dosa idli vada!!!!!!!

My last post is masala dosa and when we make dosa we make sambhar and chutney with it.SO here i post the recipe of sambhar which is easy and quick to cook.
tur dal -1cup
veggies-ridge gourd,onion,tomato and brinjal
curry patta-2sticks
mustered seeds-1tsp
tamarind pulp-1/4 cup
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
sambhar powder-2tbsp

Add all the veggies and curry patta. Add salt and turmeric powder in dal.Boil in pressure cook till done
Heat oil in pan add curry patta and mustared seeds when fried add sambhar powder and tamarind pulp and boil by adding little water.Mix this tarka into dal and boil for 1 minute. it is ready to serve.
Eat with dosa idly or vada

CHOCLATE CREAM PUDDING {with marie biscuit}

As on sunday some guest are coming to my house I prepared a menu but the dessert does not come to my mind I think it is differen  and  easy also.So my daughtr-in-law suggest me this recipe I made a puddinge with custared and biscuits but not with cream Though it is not new but the result is fabulous U must try it and enjoy the dessert which is yummy in eating and easy in making ,
milk -1kg
custard powder-6tbsp
sugar 1/1/12cup
 fresh cream -200gm
vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
Marie biscuit-12-14 pieces
Coco powder-4tbsp
liquid chocolate for decoration

Boil milk in a pan,add  sugar.Now add custared powder paste already make in little milk.When milk become thick switch of the fire and cool it.Add coco powder in custared.Mix well and make smooth paste.Add 2 spoons sugar in cream and whisk slowly.Now ready to set the pudding.

Take a serving dish.First arrange Merrie biscuit.Pour custared on it.Now again arrange the biscuits and pour another layer of custared.On the top pour the layer of fresh cream Keep in the fridge when cream has set decorate with liquid chocolate

Again put in fridge
Eat chilled pudding
