Noodles cutlet


ped
2 tbls (Carrot).chopped2cup noodles½ Cup Boiled Noodles).
2 medium potatoes Boiled Potatoes).
2 tblsCapsicum).chopped
2 tbls (Carrot).chopped
2 tblsOnions).chopped
1 Ginger Chilli Paste).
1 tblsCoriander Leaves).
 (Bread Crums).
Salt to taste
1tbls corn flour
Oil for fry
Method
Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbles in a bowl .
Make balls. Apply breadcrumbs. Coated all sides.
Heat non stick pan add little oil and shallow fry the cutlet both sides.
Drain etc oil using inapkin paper
Eat with spinach pesto
